Berlin’s take on the burger – Buletten – consists of ground beef and pork, mixed with softened bread, onion and parsley. Served here at the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn Sportpark (home to VSG Altglienicke this season) it presents in a no-nonsense crusty bun, and forms a more savoury option than the standard Bratwurst fare. I give it a solid but crusty 8/10.
