Served here “auf der teller” the Krakauer is another staple of the half time Sausagefest at German games. Originating in the Polish city of Kraków the German version is a smoked and cured pork sausage. Great with mustard in a roll or with a generous dollop of sauerkraut if you’re going gastro.
